Machining techniques

Brass bars and semi finished products are machined in the production department to make the balls for valves and fittings.

Lathe turning

Balls for valves and fittings are made from brass bars by turning on multispindle lathes. The numerous machines, used in combination to make metallic parts, allow us to maintain high product quality and to guarantee economic production.

Milling, Diamond-cutting and Boring

Once created, the semi finished brass balls are sent to the milling, diamond-cutting and boring department to complete the product finishing process.

Quantities and delivery

In order to guarantee maximum price competitiveness, Bival sets a minimum order quantity. The components made are delivered within a maximum of 30-40 days even for new creations.
